Ive been going to Byrums since i was a kid, and probably will always be going. however, the employees (the family) are TERRIBLE. they hate when you call in to place an order or even going to the counter to place the order they are just angry people. its like they dont want your money but do want it, its weird. about every time i walk in i hear the older man (greg) complain about some other customer. i also hear the phone being chucked across the room after taking someones order (again its like they dont want your money). they have signs up everywhere with all of these rules, like whos actually going to read them. they literally hide a pitcher of water because and i quote, "People keep getting refills." The food is good, again i go there a lot due to it being convenient from where i live. breakfast and lunch is good. nothing is amazing but its fine. i question the sanitary of the cook (amy) she does not wear gloves she just touches everything bear handed. the younger people in there are great, travis and his wife, but everyone else...

Nathan, if you are going to leave a bad review about Byrum's, at least tell everyone what the shirt said! The reason you were asked not to wear that shirt again is because it had the word FU** written on it several times. This is a family friendly grill and that day we had several children running around the store. I'm all for freedom of speech but not when there are children there who know how to read. Children are extremely impressionable and with all the hate in the world today, we as adults must do everything in our power to protect our children's minds from being corrupted. I'm terribly sorry that you were offended and hope you can somewhat understand...

I'm extremely allergic to chicken and turkey (this can easily kill me!). I was not taken seriously when asking what's made with and without them and about cross contamination. I was told there should be none just to be told later that the previous statement was wrong and asked if it would be ok (common sense would tell you no). I only took 4 SMALL bites and STILL had a pretty serious reaction to this food. Not to mention it didn't taste good and looked thrown together. As we walked in I saw a cook rub snot all over their arm and another employee barely answer the phone just to yell at a customer that she's putting them on hold and slung the phone across...
