However I went to the oil City store and the owner was extremely rude from the moment I walked in AND he refuses to allow me to get a different flavor I was required to get the same flavor he said. I really enjoy going to this vape shop because of the customer service. Im not on a first name basis but the spunky/fun woman with the blue hair is just wonderful. She is always pleasant. Has tons of info because she likes to research the items she sells. I buy my elf bars there. Any time I have had an issue, I go in and explain my issue and she is so kind and always makes it right.
