Rachel spent a lot of time, answering many questions and helping me find the right size table for my room. She also provided requested feedback on design and sent us samples so we could see various textures and colors. Kaitlynn made sure that we were all set up for delivery and that everything went smoothly, which it did. Our furniture was guaranteed to arrive by Thanksgiving and it arrived with plenty of time. In fact, one of the owners helped deliver and set up the furniture for us to make sure that everything was done right. The guys were quick, efficient, careful and friendly and even put pads on the legs of the furniture so our wood floors don't get scratched. I just moved into a new beautiful home but when people come its the table that gets the most compliments! I absolutely adore my table I got from Kingston Krafts. It is very heavy and perfectly what I wanted. I ordered a counter height table and they added a drawer for me as this table is acting as a kitchen island. I can tell this table will last and is excellent quality. I will love this table for many many years to come and so happy I made the decision to go with Kingston.
