Winn-Dixie — Local services in Crescent City

The pharmacy at Winn Dixie ("WD") in Crescent City is horrible. My doctor called in a prescription and I called to make sure it was received. It was received and said it would be ready the next day. My husband went to pick it up and was told that they did not have the prescription and were unable to obtain. Their advice was to call another pharmacy and they would transfer. On my 3rd pharmacy I found the product, however, that pharmacy said that they needed another "new" prescription order from the doctor. Found a pharmacy that worked with my doctor's office and they were going to fill, however, WD had processed the prescription and had already been paid and I had not received anything. Miraculously they were able to obtain the prescription (5 days after initially called in) and I did pick up from WD, but again had to call to verify that the scrip was there. They were just working on it and I had to wait another hour. I will never ever get another scrip from this store. They can keep the overpriced...

I would first like to say thank you to miss Becky for refunding my money, I would seriously think twice about using self checkout at the Winn-Dixie oh, my debit card got stolen, I don't know if it's people in the office or somebody had some kind of little scammer machine on the first check out to you left but I would seriously think twice about using self checkout go through the cashier make sure you know the cashiers name and even the bag boys name that would be good rule of thumb oh, I have not shopped at the store for five years and decided to go to to Winn-Dixie and December because I had the flu my card got stolen and said that I have been in Winn-Dixie store. on the 23rd I was at home in bed with the flu they took 138 30 out of my checking account, I will no longer step foot in another Winn-Dixie store becausethis so rule of thumb go through the checkout with a cashier do not go through self-checkout...

Due to a Terrible experience I wish I never had with the Store Manager, It's not my Favorite Store to be in. After a well needed Job InterView, that, mind you, I Drove from Satsuma, to Crescent City,(Which is Definitely NOT Right Next Door!!), on the Day Scheduled By The Manager HimSelf. I was Greeted By The Manager as though he Didn't Just A Few Days Prior, Schedule me The InterView that I was There For That Very Day & Looked at me as though he Couldn't Understand What I could Possibly Be Speaking About(VERY Professional If I Do Say So MySelf!)
