I just want everyone to know how grateful I am for this company, I have a pretty tall Featherlite trailer and unfortunately hit a bridge causing severe damage and had to order parts, it is a 48 foot Featherlite enclosed trailer with a stacker in the back, I am located in Arizona so already there was a challenge picking up the parts and it just was not worth the price to have them shipped, so I drove all the way out here to pick up the parts, Claudia was the one that I was working with the entire time and I am extremely grateful that she was super patient with me while we went back-and-forth in order to find the right parts for my trailer, when I mean, patient with me, she was beyond patient with me, it was a stressful moment for me because of the damage I did on my trailer.
Although she was not there when I picked up the parts, the owners came out, helped me load and even came in on their off day, which I am forever. Grateful for, these folks are good, honest people and deserve nothing but the best moving forward.
I wish I lived closer because they would get all of my business, I know I said this before, but Claudia knew almost everything about my Trailer, her experience with Featherlite is just mind blowing and she is the best!!
Much love and gratitude to everyone that works at this company, Camp Site Rv sales and service not only knocked it out of the park, but they hit a grand slam with the service...
Read moreWe drove roughly 5-1/2 hour into a 25mph headwind to trade in our travel trailer, and buy a new fifth wheel from campsite rv. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to go here.
From the initial contact, to the final paperwork, they were more than helpful, informative, courteous, and quite honestly, took us seriously. It was really hard getting even our local national dealer that's only 5 miles away to even act like they cared we were interested in their camper. We live near Chicago, and have probably 15-20 dealers within an hour - but they don't even compare. Campsite took the time to email, fax, etc. paperwork back and forth, including state paperwork, all while holding the camper for us, even though we never met.
At the final drop off and pickup of our new rig, they understood what seasoned campers know, and tailored their walk through, instead of wasting our time (because we had another 5-6hr drive ahead of us). We actually enjoyed the time spent, including strategically placed add-ons, minus high pressure sales tactics. At the end of the day, we actually saved money on those add-ons, as well as time not needed to install them.
Do yourself a favor: Stop shopping around, and buy from these folks. You won't regret it. I mean every...
Read moreNot great at all. Thought I was getting a great deal turns out not so much. Drove 13 hrs and it wasn’t even ready had to wait for a few hours. They didn’t explain anything important about the inner workings of the rv, like where the fresh water drain is or none of the outlets will work off battery. Water pump doesn’t work (has crack), split siding by the back of fridge (they didn’t pull the side out far enough for me to see it), carpet frayed all over immediately after walking on it, batteries don’t hold a charge (prob from being left out in sub zero temps), there are strange beetles literally crawling out to the walls everywhere, found them dead in the drawers and cabinets as well. The guy sold me the wrong amp surge protector, I didn’t notice till I was out on the road and went to open the box from the back. Go anywhere else, when I called about the warranty things she just sent me a list of locations and nothing else. None of the dealers will even help me or are different businesses now. Unless you live down the block from these people, maybe not even then ... don’t...
