Staff is friendly. I had to call multiple times toget updates on a backhoe that was ordered. That I still have not received from over a month. Needed a turnbuckle that they couldn't get. So I ordered it from another dealer that had it. Finally got a call that my backhoe was delivered and that I could bring it in to get it installed. Took another day off to take it and drop it off, only to get a call that afternoon saying all the parts weren't delivered with the backhoe. So another day shot. Now I'm waiting on timetable of part availability again. I'm now making the second payment in a week and still don't have what I've purchased. Would of been nice to know that all the parts were not there before taking a day off work loading the tractor and driving 20+ miles one way. So now 3 pieces I've needed for this tractor and everyone of them has been a problem. Wondering what will happen if I need something that breaks. And now second guessing the brand TYM if it was a good purchase or should I have went with kubota or deere. They get 3 stars for courtesy up front. But lack of communication thru out needs help. And there vendor needs to step up and communicate with them better as...

Alan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of—he personally delivered my lawn mower, tested the battery when I was having an issue, and even installed my mulching kit on site. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service are outstanding.

I bought a Branson tractor new from here. It has around 100 hours the welds are broken on the frame ( I’m 63 y/o woman who uses it around my home). It has been there for approx 8 weeks. They said it would be at least 4 more weeks and then they plan on sending it out to someone else because welding is above their service departments skill level. Unable to talk to either Christy or Don as every time I have called or gone there they are unavailable because of family emergencies. Would not recommend. They do NOT stand behind their products, have horrible communication skills, and apparently could care less about their customers. I spent $25,000 there buying the tractor & trailer. My advice… buy a Kuboda & save yourself a lot...
