I was in there this morning at 8:15 am, because their Florissant did not have an item in stock which this one does. I was in there shopping until a little after 9am. I'm disabled and I legally parked in a handicap spot in front of their store. Dwayne an employee asked me to move my truck, because it's inconvenient for them to unload somewhere else. I couldn't believe that anyone especially an Employee would ask a handicap person to park anywhere else!? I was upset being asked and I apologized to Dwayne for being handicap. I reached out to the manager who apologized and was clearly upset. She went to Dwayne and told him you never ask any customer to move, especially a handicap one. It's a clear violation of my ADA rights. Then to add to the fire, another older employee man asked me to move as well. After this experience, I will not go to the Cripple Creek location ever. I will only go to the Florissant location for now on! I'm debating about reporting them to Ace Corporate or the ADA for violating my rights as a disabled...

I entered Ace with the ancient battery from my Bronco. The salesman showed me the battery I needed and he told me the sticker price was $129.99. It was a little pricey but a necessary commodity. Once I was ready to checkout the cashier told me it would be $180 and some change. After some checking the battery was indeed $160 plus tax.
The salesman told me he couldn't honor the sticker price because of the difference in price. I've never been denied the listed sticker price when there is a discrepancy in advertising, today was the first.
Having already spent a good sum of money at the Cripple Creek Ace Hardware I have spent my last penny. I won't give them any more of my business. I'll drive to Woodland Park, spend more on gas but I'll have some piece of mind.
And the only reason I gave them two stars was because of...
