I use to go there often. I use to buy some we're between 300 to 500 dollars of meat snack sticks and jerky about every two months. Love all of the variety the taste. The unique meats and food the brats are all pretty much amazing. I have been to many meat places with meat snacks, Jerky, brats and cheese. I have been to hundreds I should say!. I am a fanatic of jerky, brats and beef sticks. to be very honest if I could afford buying there entire stock I would nothing compares to theres. Make sure to double check that you are getting the correct amount back after you have beef processed there. I had a steer butchered and asked to have the brisket in 2 sections whole. When I went to pick up my meat there was 1 package of brisket weighing 6lbs. When I confronted the front desk they claimed that in must of been a smaller steer. Sounds like a good way to fill their butcher case. The average person buying 1/4 or 1/2 from a local farmer does not know what to look for when they get their meat back. Well, there’s a reason that they hold a 4.8 in Google reviews because this guy’s is the place to come for bratwurst or pepper sticks or jellies or seasonings or just all around good service. It’s crazy how many different varieties of things they have in such a small store I recommend you come to Green Bay you give these guys a shot. They have earned their reputation now. Had to figure out how to cook these Brotz in a motel room lol which the lady upfront gave me a great idea to boil water and put them in it in the microwave will be trying that tonight...
