The customer service at the deli in Crockett is horrible. I love their chicken tenders - best in town for the price!! This has happened several times before and I thought it was bad timing on my part - but today I realize it’s just their “policy” and I’m extremely frustrated!!

So, I have learned to call ahead because they often don’t have any made and it’s usually later in the day so I can understand.

So today I called at 4pm I asked if they had any chicken tenders and they said “no” - I asked if they are going to make any they said “no” - I asked if I could order some, about a pound - they said “no” - I asked why not - they said because “we aren’t making anymore today” - I said it’s only 4pm - what time do you close - they said “8pm but we aren’t making anymore today”. Wow!! Between this repeated bad customer service and the high prices, I’m pretty much done with...

I can’t express how much happier I am with the food at Brookshire’s Deli since Clint took over as manager! The quality just keeps improving, and I’m loving every bite. If you haven’t tried their in-house made kolaches for breakfast, you’re seriously missing out – they’re absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day!

But what really sets Brookshire's apart for me is their fried chicken. Without a doubt, it's the best in Crockett! It's always fresh, juicy, and perfectly crispy. No matter when I visit, I know I’m going to get a plate of fried chicken that’s absolutely on point.

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. The food is fantastic, the service is always friendly, and the whole experience just keeps getting better with each visit....

They are okay! I haven't bought meat in awhile because on THREE separate occasions, the meat was bad! One time I made it all the way home with chicken, only to turn around to return it and have to get frozen chicken because, prolonging my dinner for myself and child even longer! It was a total inconvenience! The staff is usually very friendly, but be prepared to wait for a cashier to come up! That time with the chicken, I waited over 10 minutes for the customer service rep to help me!
