American Legion Post 381 — Local services in Croton Township

After the experience we had i cannot recommend anyone visiting here and my family will not be coming back. Last Friday my cousin was going to dj for the legion and he is also djing for my wedding in a couple weeks! So we went up for the evening to get food, hangout with family and hear my cousin dj. We showed up and ordered food and were not there more than 20mins and one of the waitresses came up to me and was extremely rude to us and threatened to kick us out… we stepped outside to smoke and when we came back in she came right up to me in my face very hostile and threatened to kick us out if we were smoking inside, like that isn’t common sense?? I am 26 years old about to get married and i am incredibly proud of how respectful i am compared to some people in my generation, but under no circumstances should you treat ANYONE like that and jump to conclusions that they would even do anything like that until you physically see them do something wrong. That is absolutely ridiculous, immature, and completely unacceptable, for an adult nonetheless to act like that. We came to their business to spend our time, money and to try and plan last minute stuff for our wedding and this is how they treated us. I am sure this place isn’t as bad as our experience… but based on ours I could not recommend ANYONE going here. I am not sure if the waitress was too drunk to be working, having a bad day and put it out on us or what but we came to see my cousin in law Dj, buy some food and hangout with family so we could plan stuff for our wedding and within 20mins of being there one of the waitresses came right up to my soon to be husband and got in his face threatening us and saying we will be kicked out if she sees him smoking inside. How does that make any sense at all??
