KB Cellphone Repair — Local services in Crowley

Took my Google Pixel 6 here to replace a shattered screen. The quote that they gave me over the phone ended up being $150 less than the actual price. Before tax. At that point, I was desperate for a repair, so I stuck with them anyway. Not even 3 days after I picked up my phone, I had to have them replace it again because the screen they used had dead pixels on the display. They also used a super low quality screen because the fingerprint sensor hardly worked.

Well, my phone screen just died the other day. Didn't drop it, didn't do anything to to it, but the screen went black and won't turn back on. We opened the phone up ourselves, thinking the screen might not have been plugged in correctly and discovered that there were a ton of greasy fingerprints on the capacitor - so no wonder my fingerprint sensor never worked right

I would never recommend them again. I would normally demand a refund since the screen they gave me stopped working after less than 2 months, but if they weren't willing to extend my 30 day warranty when they replaced my screen the 2nd time, I doubt I'll ever see that money again.

I'm about to go spend another $300 somewhere else because of the low quality product that KB Cellphone Repair saddled me with.

Editing this after I got my cellphone repaired by a more reputable place, and apparently KB Cellphone damaged my fingerprint sensor permanently. Just go somewhere else like CPR Cellphone Repair in Burleson- at least they have a lifetime warranty for...

I went to this place on the 11th seeking help because I had shattered my phone from leaving it on the hood of my car. The woman working behind the counter was very nice and helped me with getting the screen and back glass fixed on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. She assured me that my device was safe in her care as she was very knowledgeable in her descriptions of phone repair. She gave me a great price on the repair and even gave me a discount on my phone case and screen protector purchase! The phone repair turned out to be amazing as it felt like having a brand new phone. I am very satisfied with the service provided here...

I had dropped my phone so many times that my screen eventually went dead, would light up but was unresponsive and had a mind of its own. Went to apple and was told my phone had no value for trade in, I was looking at over 450$ to just replace my phone with the same model , iPhone 8. I went to KB and ended up replacing my screen and fixing my phone , completely usable now, and was able to save a ton of money by doing so. After install I had some problems with my proximity sensor, they replaced the sensor and took care of me, great customer service! Very affordable! Will definitely recommend and send people KB’s way...
