Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Crowley

First of all we waited in the drive thru for what felt like 15 minutes! It was nothing but pure chaos and unorganization! Like children were running the place. Didn't see 1 adult there. 1 girl took 3/4 of my order then asked me to hold for a couple of minutes while she waited on someone else then another girl repeated only 1 meal of my order back to me. I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO REPEAT MY ORDER BACK TO HER! Then we got to the window and it was so nasty in there where they make drinks and ice cream orders. Looked like a tornado struck it! Cups and napkins on the floor, melted ice cream all over the shake maker and it had what looked like chucks of cookie dough that sat in a puddle of more melted ice cream! We were asked to pull around where we had to wait for 20 minutes for COLD FOOD then the youngster who brought it out just stood there and looked scared too death to give us our food or speak to us. He tried to repeat it but i swear his lips werent even moving when he spoke! then our order was not even correct and I had to wait 10 more minutes for a COLD hamburger! They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off as if the place was packed and there were only a handful of people in there! I honestly don't know why this place is still open! It is bad every time we have gone there in the past but my mother just had to have DQ! And the food didn't even have good flavor to it! I will not go back to this DQ ever again if any!!! I don't even want the free dilly bar offered on the bottom of the receipt! I just did the survey to let them know how poorly this place is run!!! If you are the owner/manager/district manager you need to solve this problem. I came on 02/27/2019 and it was about 5:51pm I came to use a coupon amd hadnt been to this DQ period and my forst time was the worst. Let me explain. I came and i waited to order through drive threw for 10mins then she apologized and i told her what i wanted 4 times. The third time she didnt say anything for like 3-4mins in silent while i see her in the building looking around and not saying anything and then she comes back on and says "will there be anything else for you." I said "do you know what i want?" She said "you want me to tell you?" Like are you kidding me? I told her "no i want nothing else but the blizzard meal deal" and was told " pull forward" i get to the window no greetings no apology nothing. She told.me the total and then said "oh what blizzard?" I told.her what i wanted and then the whole time waiting and getting my stuff she just hands everything to me no word no nothing still no apologies but the smug look on her face of no knowledge of customer service. I dont care for any free food items but qhen it comes to this kinda attitude it needs to be fixed. I get it fast food sucks but when it "looks" like your first job take it serious. I did it before and i kept my poker face really well and i kept my attitude and had great service. And ive been doing customer service for 9 years. I know how it can be but this is just not good at all and needs to be adjusted and fixed ASAP im not coming back and will drive to the next location before i go here again. I waited to review this location because I really love Dairy Queen. Tonight was the final straw. I will never return to this location. Here is the rundown of my past 5 visits over the last 2 months.... any time we order food we are told to pull around and wait in the front and they will bring it out no matter if there are no cars behind us or if there are 3+ and there is always at least a 30 minute wait if it's peak times or not. The food is never fantastic, it's just mediocre at best but again I like DQ. Anyway..tonight We get there and we order food and it's ready in under 5 minutes!!! I was excited! Granted I did have to repeat myself 5 times since like always their speaker is crappy and I asked for extra mayo on my chicken sandwich and they said it don't come with mayo. I said can I add it to it? They said yes and I said ok extra mayo please and they remind me it doesn't come with mayo. I guess the concept of asking for two things at once... add mayo and put extra... was beyond their comprehension because I got what could be described as a light smear on it only (pics included). Then.... I discovered why our food was so fast. It must have been cooked hours earlier because the chicken was hard and tasted burned and the cheese on the burger was solid and not even starting to melt as the patty was ice cold. The fries were like cardboard. We considered taking it back but I never want to risk someone spitting in my food so I just tossed it and we went to Nicky D's out on 377.
