I came in the day the iPhone 8 plus was released and they were able to cancel my existing order since it hadn’t shipped. Kudos for that. However, it took 3 hours to finalize the purchase because she kept bouncing back and forth between me and other people in lieu of finishing my transaction. She couldn’t get me a return label for my other phone which that took another 30 minutes before she said print it at home. She put a screen protector on my phone and it had a few bubbles not horrible but not to par for an expensive phone and protector. I went back on and the tall guy with a salt and pepper beard, put another one on. He almost put the wrong one and I kept saying to him that the packaging was not what the girl used and to make sure I wasn’t paying more or less for the brand he had out. He kept arguing that it was the right one and threw a bunch of used boxes at me to prove it. Turns he was wrong and finally got the right one and it looked 90% worse then what the girl did. He said don’t worry about it, the bubbles don’t mean it is not protected. Come today, the whole screen was falling off so I went to the Charlottesville store and was informed they couldn’t do an exchange because it’s a retail store but suggested i call Crozet to make sure I can get my money back. Much to my luck, the guy who answered wAs the guy who did a terrible job putting it on. He then proceeded to make up stuff saying that he told me he was hesitant to put another screen on my phone?!? That never was said because if he had said that I would of came to Charlottesville. Why would I let him put a screen on had I known he was hesitant. He told me he was doing me a favor by selling me the iPhone 8 plus In the first place?!? I couldn’t help but think I’m doing you the favor by giving you business. He said he would not refund my money. Told me to read the fine print on my receipt saying it’s non refundable!! I would never have purchased it had I known that. I want my money back and I will stop at no cost until I do. I have a family to feed and bills to pay which doesn’t include giving money to a store who cares very little for their customers. I expect a resolution or I will take this to court. Got to love lawyers in...

I was able to upgrade my phone and he assisted me with the purchase of several supporting devices. I could tell that he truly cared about me as a customer. It was not just about the money. This type of service is why I continue to be a Verizon customer. I am in the military and from out of town. He connected with me and inquired about my service in the Army while the upgrade was going through. This has been my best experience with Verizon. I will seek him out for my future Verizon needs despite being from out of town. I can't give him enough compliments. You should look for more employees like him. Thanks so much, Tierre.
