Came here for a new alternator and they gave me the wrong one. I asked them several times if a pully size had anything to do with my problem after noticing my belt became loose. They said no. I talked to multiple employees here and they all kept telling me no. After three new alternators from o'reillys within a matter of a 2 months, I went to a diffent auto store and they gave me the same alternator I had before the first one i ever fot from o'reilly and the alternator pullys were completely different sizes. Read moreI bought a battery a while back and it died after a year. Came in to try to get it exchanged on warranty but they tested it, said it was good and gave it back after charging it for me. It then died again 2 more times so I brought it in again. The manager Terry listened to the history as I told him and tested it a few times noticing the voltage was not staying consistent. He charged it again and tested it several times again and determined that despite the fact that the machine said it was good there was something wrong. He gave me a new battery per the warranty. The manager Terry was rude to me, and claimed that he was just following procedure. He acted like i was doing something wrong, just because i said my friend's birth name instead of his nickname. I paid for my parts and didn't even get them. They said my parts were delivered and i found out that they were not. Now i am without my car for another day.
