Edit: I have changed my opinion and my review to reflect how Robert runs his business! I had just posted my review and immediately received a call from Robert. I didn’t have to show proof that I was not informed of his cancellation policy verbally or via text but I did read him both that I had received. He explained to me the new software they are using and there must have been a glitch. I absolutely would have paid if I had been informed or had him continue to come out.

He is the kind of owner that we all want to do business with! We discussed things like adults should and with understanding both positions.

So another new lesson… look for those business owners that back their staff but also keep the customer in mind.

DO NOT buy a Samsung but DO call CULLMAN APPLIANCE AND HVAC they stand behind their word

Yesterday I made an appointment for our fridge that decided to freeze everything. I was thankful that they could fit me in for today. Last night at midnight we noticed water everywhere in our kitchen. The waterline apparently busted as well. We were up until 3:30 in the morning cleaning. I called first thing this morning to cancel our appointment because no matter if someone told me they fixed it I would never trust that it wouldn’t happen again! They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee 😳 Cancellation fee for what…. Absolutely not!! I refused to pay! There was no mention of it when I booked the appointment and no mention of it when I received a text confirming my appointment.

So two lessons here! First do not buy a Samsung fridge they have had issues with their ice makers for years. Second make sure you ask if there is a cancellation fee… I didn’t know that...

We were having issues with our HVAC unit tripping a breaker. We called Cullman Appliances because we have used them for appliance repair before and was absolutely satisfied with their work and honesty. Matt came out today and I explained what our unit had been doing since April. He was very thorough as he checked several operating procedures. As he did each procedure he explained what and why he was doing it. When he finished all the testing he explained to me what he would do if this was his unit. With his 30 years of experience in the HVAC business made it comforting to listen to his advice. Each time Cullman Appliance has come out for a service call, they are more concerned about satisfying their customer. I highly recommend Cullman Appliance for all your appliance and HVAC needs.

Our HVAC unit was over 15 years old and it was time for a new one. Cullman Appliance had done repair on our old one a few times and we were very satisfied with their work and had earned our trust and confidence. They came out today and installed a new Bosh unit. Just like every other visit they were on time, very professional and courteous. No smoking or cursing…just went to work doing what they have always done. When the installation was complete their technician took time to explain how our new unit operated and in detail explain how to set and operate the new thermostat. I highly recommend Cullman Appliance for all your appliance repair and/or you HVAC needs.

Matt came out to check a drain pipe on our new HAVC system. As usual, he checked and cleaned it out and back on his way to another call. Can’t asked for more prompt response and service...

Cullman Appliance Repair LLC is scheduled to arrive on Tue, Aug 20 between 2:00pm-3:00 pm. I called and talked to Sonya who was so helpful my dryer had quit and I needed a repairman. She asked questions and had me text her some pictures with the model number and parts that I thought would be needed. She then scheduled an appointment. I was feeling great about it but I was totally pleased with the Technician whose name was TC he was a pleasant young man man who was professional and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and the he checked for the parts and gave me an estimate, he then ordered the part and advised me that I would be called with an appointment time.

Sonya text me with the new appointment and when they would be out. I was given another appointment: Cullman Appliance Repair LLC is scheduled to arrive on Fri, Aug 23 between 8:00am-9:00am.

TC text me to say he was on the way. TC is a great guy he was so honest and open and he went right to work and before I knew it I heard my drier working. I am a talker and I followed him around and asked questions but he was working all the time. I ask him if he went to Church and he told me he did. He didn’t miss a beat he even invited me to Church and I knew that he worked for a great company. It is a blessing when young people are knowledgeable and consider your feelings. He was a very knowledgeable and polite respectful and a man of his word. I thank the Lord for businesses like this. Hats off to a company that is good from the start to the finish of a job.
