I called Hoyt Appliance out of Cumberland and had a great experience! Daryl answered the first time I called and even though he was in the middle of something important, he said he would do his best to get to me later in the day. I told him we could wait, but he texted later in the evening to see if we were home. He arrived exactly when he said he would, ran a cycle on the washer and quickly diagnosed the problem. What I really appreciated though is his honesty in telling me that my washer wasn’t worth what it would cost to repair it. I called them on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday. I called them Tuesday to see what time they were coming on Wednesday. They called me back and said they forgot to schedule me for Wednesday and now had someone else in my place for Wednesday and I’d be moved to Friday. Tried 10 different appliance repair shops Cumberland, Morgantown, Altoona, Hagerstown, Winchester, Silver Spring, Bedford and NO ONE could work on a Thor gas range. Hoyt said no problem.
