The Final Touch — Local services in Cumberland

My name is Adam Sommers, I don't have a gmail account to write this review. My experience with The Final Touch in Cumberland, MD has been exceptional. I am President of Allegany Soccer Alliance and this is my second year using them for our apparel needs. We have had about 90 players each year, and they have delivered everything without any major issues. Any small issue or last minute change I want, they fix immediately and are very professional in handling these. This is usually about 150 tryout shirts, and about 90 uniforms (2 jerseys, shorts, and 2 pairs of socks)...this year we are added more fan gear to be purchased and throughout the selection process, Jason and Bob have been great. They have worked with me to develop a look and style which matches our desires and goals. I have met everyone at their shop and they are all great employees and very polite. The staff there are accountable and kind. The products they deliver are of high quality. I would recommend them to anyone who wants anything from a small to large order. I have used 2 other local companies in the past (I won't mention because this post is about how The Final Touch delivers) and there were always issues: wrong sizes ordered, misprints, and even being charged more than I was told upfront....

I am the head football coach of a varsity high school team in nearby Pennsylvania. I have been doing business with The Final Touch for nearly 10 years and as long as I continue coaching, my team will do its business with The Final Touch. The Final Touch has met our needs on several levels. We do a t-shirt, hoodie and hat fundraiser through The Final Touch every year and it is by far our most successful fundraiser of the year. Their artwork is original, their clothing line is superior quality and their prices more than reasonable. Additionally, the Final Touch provides us all of our practice and game apparel from practice jerseys to game uniforms to game shoes. The Adidas game uniforms that The Final Touch did for our team last season are the sharpest uniforms our team has ever worn. The Final Touch also provides our team with superior practice and field equipment from girdles to practice dummies and everything in between . They have gone as far as delivering equipment to us (35 miles) at a moments notice when we were in a jam. fantastic, hard working, talented designers. some of the area’s absolute best, to be honest. amazing products. they can personalize almost anything in their sports store, have many different products to help develop skills for each sport, and the employees are always willing to do what they can to get any job done to your liking. we’ve purchased our son’s ball and bat backpack, batting gloves, and baseball cleats, socks, belt, and pants from them. they have spacious fitting rooms to try everything on before purchasing. they were helpful in gathering everything we needed, personalizing his backpack with embroidery, and helping us determine the best sizes for him, even checking for a size not out on the floor in the back. they’re a great shop...
