I have had it out with this place multiple times over the years. They are not in it to serve the public. Terrible service when it comes to delivery of propane. Story. They were to deliver on a Monday. We were expecting a snow storm. Called them Friday and told them they may want to come that Friday or Saturday because of my steep hill. "We will see what we can do." Always that same response. Snow storm came. So, she said Tuesday. I plowed all the way down so they could get up. Called multiple times to be sure they were coming. " Yes, you are on the ticket". No delivery. Called. " He will be there Thursday". Told her I was at 10 percent. "OK, you should be fine". Called all day to be sure. "Yes, he'll be there". We'll, that night called the answering service cause no show. Guy said he was there and walked up the hill said he could not make it up. WHAT!!!!!! The road was plowed. So, I told them that I was at 10 percent and house was 50°. Told them my neighbors ashed the hill. Said I see road showing through. " Ok, he'll be there Friday". Friday morning, I at 65, spread 5 bags of salt solution. Road visible. Called multiple times. " Yes, you are on the ticket, he will be there today. All day I waited. Evening came. Answering service answered. Guy calls me back. "Well, you were on his ticket". Umm, I know that. Been on the ticket for a week. Told him a brief snow is coming, spent 50.00 on salt, broke my bu@@ spreading the salt. People putting down ash for me. Guess what? No show. Today, Saturday, 1/11/25,Called. Now I'm not at all happy. Said he did not show. Told them he must get here today!!!! I need to turn up my heat for my 90 year old mother who lives with me. I reminded them that she is here and needs to be kept warm each time i Called. " How much propane do you have? " 10 percent and keeping the heat at 50 so I don't run out and you guys lock me into having to prime my furnace which will cost me. " We will see what we can do". Told them we had a brief snow and that road was treated when he was suppose to come multiple times. They must come today. Running one electric heater to keep my mother warm . It is 50 degrees in here. " we will see what we can do". I am livid. Worried about my mother being cold. Apparently this place could care less and sleep well in their warm homes. When I called originally I was still running my heat. Now, afraid to turn it up.. Don't know what else to say but multiple contacts are on my list Monday morning to...
