My mother and I had to find a new computer repair service store, as we had a bad experience at the place we usually go to. I looked online and chose this place not knowing anything about it. We are absolutely blown away at our experience! Not only did the guy working there fix my mom's computer on the spot, he fixed her printer that we had brought somewhere else three times and it still didn't work. All this was on the spot service, she didn't have to drop it off for several days. Then when she asked him how much she owed him, he said nothing! He fixed everything for us for free! We always need to bring our computers to be fixed, from now on, he is our guy! We will go no where else. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Michael at the Computer Store. I didn't know if my laptop was worth fixing-and for sure he found more problems with it than I had anticipated. Not only did he fix the original problem with my screen but he updated my entire harddrive which was on it's last gasp. My laptop was returned to me faster, better and upgraded like new! It was more than than I could have hoped for and Michael only charged me for the original price he quoted. He went above and beyond by far!. He also took the time to transfer all my files and update everything. I am not computer saavy at all but Michael made my laptop new again and walked me through resetting passwords and making sure everything was easy for me to access. Highly recommend! I've been a customer of Mike's for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. He's knowledgable and up-to-date on all the tech, he's cost conscious (not going to sell me on a Lambo if all I need is a Camaro), and he's honest. I just had him do an upgrade on the PC he built for me about 12 years ago. To get the performance I now have I'd have spent over $1,500 at Best Buy (I never question Mike but I priced it for the hell of it to see my savings.)
