Nobody who works here respects elementary hygiene rules. The associate who served me didn't wear gloves, her hair was allover the place, and she just carelessly threw my donuts in a box without arranging them. One of them was sticking out but that didn't bother her, she still wanted to tape the box half opened. I stopped her and asked to rearrange the donuts. Those donuts are flexible, it is okay to slightly press them against each other. She commented but ended up accommodating the donuts in the box. The coffee there is not well made. I have never had coffee from Honey Dew in my life. The 1st time I tried coffee from Honey Dew was back in October of 2019. I ordered a large iced coffee with a chocolate frosted donut. The coffee tasted watery & run down (yes, I know...that's what ice does in coffee but the flavor of the coffee itself was bland & plain), not flavorful at all. It was a French vanilla. The donut was crummy like a croissant. It tasted stale & not moist. UGH! Horrible. BUT...I gave it another shot in September of 2020 recently & I ordered the same exact coffee...Honey Dew DID NOT improve itself. Still tasted...

I go to this honey dew just about every morning. I went tonite to save some time. Got the same thing I always do. Caramel cap with little ice. I am NEVER charged for no ice. Tonite, an elderly women was training a younger girl. When I questioned it, she said if I don’t fill the cup with ice, they charge for no ice. Not so. Never before has that happens at that honey or any other I have been too. Just disappointing to know this young girls is being trained...
