We needed appliance repair. I called and Jordan was out, so I left a message. He called me back the same day. I explained what our stove was doing. He came out the next day to check it out and see if it was just a breaker. Unfortunately, it was not, so he said he would have to order the part.

The part was supposed to be in the following week, but it was not, and it took another week for it to come in. Jordan let me know when the part did not come in and when it should be in. Once it came in, he called and left me a voicemail. I called back, but he was out, so I left another message that he is good to come out the next day.

The day he came out, he called me and left a message and then shortly after, he showed up. He replaced the part(s) that were needed and got everything working again.

We've been dealing with Root's for 5 years off and on they are very nice people have great selection and extremely helpful only thing I can say was from a few years ago just keep your receipts and don't pay at different places we had stuff from the Cushing Root's but I paid my payment at the bristow location I did it 2 separate months and they didn't have it on file at all I didn't get a receipt one time bc the lady said they'd mail it to me after my payment went to Cushing then the other time I lost the receipt so I ended up having to pay for 2 extra months but...

DON'T waste your time or money here. My family and I bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture here. None of the furniture lasted more then 1 year. They also don't provide warranty for more then 1 year. We bought a bed that had massaging and the feet and head would go up and down. We had Nothing but problems with it and they wouldn't replace it.
