Dealing with this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had regarding furniture. My furniture was supposed to be delivered on the day I moved into my home in July 2024, but it wasn’t delivered until a week later, and even then, my headboard was lost. The initial delivery date was July 12th, but they failed to meet it. When I inquired about their refund/return policy—despite the delay being entirely their fault—I was informed I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. However, because my bed set was considered "special" or "expensive," the fee would be 20%.
After a second delivery attempt, I was still missing my headboard with no clear indication of when it would arrive. On top of this, the company doesn’t deliver on Saturdays, leaving me in limbo about when my bed could be fully assembled. During this process, I also discovered damage to my dresser. Their solution? Offering me a mere $100 for damage to a set that cost approximately $3,500.
By the third delivery attempt, the team assembled my bed, only to find that the footboard was damaged and needed to be replaced. The company told me they wouldn’t charge me for the replacement footboard, claiming they were “helping me out” by not charging additional fees.
While my initial interaction with their sales manager, Tiffany, was positive—she waived the delivery fee in recognition of my military service—her communication deteriorated significantly as the issues piled up. She became unhelpful, dismissive, and unresponsive to my concerns. After escalating the matter to the owner, his solution to “make me happy” was to offer a $200 refund, which I still haven’t received to this day.
This entire process has been a nightmare, from delays to poor customer service to damaged furniture. My overall experience with this company has been abysmal. DO NOT...
Read moreMy husband and I came to Furniture Depot in the winter of 2013 to purchase new living room furniture. Our sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were drawn to their store because everything is American made and they raved about their 10 year warranty. Cushions and frame are covered 100% for 10 years.
Fast forward to February of 2018. Our cushions were starting to show some serious wear and had become misshapen. I called, gave them all of our information, they informed me that our couch cushions were still covered under our warranty. I simply needed to email pictures of our couch cushions and they’d order them. We were told that it would take 8-12 weeks. We didn’t mind, we were very happy with the ease of it all.
12 weeks passed with no word. I called to check in on the order status of our cushions. They told us that the warehouse our furniture was from, had burned down, so there was going to be a much longer wait. Again, we were thrilled to be getting replacement cushions, and continued to wait.
September 2018, Furniture Depot called to let us know our new cushions were ready for pickup.
Upon pickup, much to our surprise, all that was in the packaging was foam. Confused, my husband went back in to ask where the fabric was. We were informed, for the FIRST time, that their warranty ONLY covers the foam insert. Not the covers. Although, they repeatedly told us we’d be getting replacement cushions.
They want $35 per cover PLUS another $20 for shipping for something they led us to believe was included in the purchase price of the furniture. We do not appreciate their questionable business practices in the verbiage they use to describe what their warranty covers.
We used to highly recommend Furniture Depot to our friends. We will no longer...

Peter was very kind & offered to ship the couch for free. He was very genuine & I could tell he cared. So the guys did deliver it, however they didn’t set it up for me. Tiffany told me in an email that they would and they didn’t. I was also told it would be delivered early afternoon & they didn’t get to my house until 3:45pm. I would consider that late afternoon, and was frustrated because I spent all afternoon waiting on it & had somewhere to be at 4. But all in all I have my couch & I love It.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
They told me my couch would come in by April 15th when I ordered on March 26th. I was so excited because other companies had a longer wait time. April 15th came and I hadnt heard anything from anyone so I emailed them. Now they told me it wouldn’t be shipping until around May 6. I am completely disappointed because now my wait time is longer than if I would have went to other stores. The only thing they said they could do for me is cancel my order for a refund or come in & find another couch. When I only want ONE specific couch… so those options don’t work for me. I could have went with another company & had my couch before them, but now I’m stuck waiting. And I just moved into a new place so it’s so frustrating not having a place to sit. So just beware of their shipping times, because more than likely it will be longer than what they say and they won’t inform you unless...
