“We are at a loss for words at the complete disregard from Beazer regarding a COMMERCIAL GROUP HOME, tied to one of their OWN EMPLOYEES (whose name I will leave out)
Said employee purchased a home in Amira on Grazing Foal Lane, prior to the announcement of the lake being added behind it…. “They” then almost immediately put the home on the market (for about a year) with no buyer. A foreclosure notice was sent, with an auction date of 5/6/2025 but was sold before auction. Shortly after this a review was written for HH homebuyer solutions by someone with the same name as the Beazer employee, thanking Vincent for being “great to work with” and “great at what he does”. I don’t want to assume, as I could be wrong, but it sounds like Vincent has done this before. Vincent (on video recording) has confirmed he read the Amira HOA CCR’s and chose to proceed in this venture, knowing this was not allowed, by attempting to secure a loophole.
This commercial group home Vincent is attempting to open currently has 6 beds, charging $6k per month, per bed. That is almost half a million dollars a year. And on top of everything, they are NOT LICENSED!!! (As of 8/9/2025 according to the HHSC database for this address). The willingness to proceed despite HHSC requirements, zoning restrictions, and HOA CCRs for vast potential financial gain is extremely concerning to say the least.
This has not only COMPROMISED the integrity of our community, but made us feel unsafe and unwelcome in our own homes.
We are extremely disappointed and heartbroken that our forever home and community is being allowed to be destroyed by its...
Read moreJuly 21, 2019 My Husband and I went to check out the Beazer homes in Amira. When we walked into the sales office, we were greeted by Corey Grillet with a welcoming smile. Corey took us through the model home on site and talked with us in regards to what we were looking for. He thought of a different model that would fit us better and sent us to take a look. After looking at the home Corey suggested, we then returned to his office to let him know that what he suggested was indeed a perfect fit. We then talked with Jordan in finance and got pre-approved. We ended up signing a contract on our new home July 23, 2019. The entire experience with the Beazer staff has been outstanding. Any questions we have had so far, Corey has been able to answer ALL of them. We went to the design center to select everything we want in the house and Danielle Johnson was so helpful putting everything together. Danielle made things so simple. Thomas Forrest in the Technical Department explained all of the wiring and fulfilled our requests with ease. This has been the best experience in buying a house! I am very grateful and appreciate all of the help, knowledge and the wonderful experience they have all provided. Corey has also assured us that he will update us each step of the way until the final closing of the house!! I highly recommend the new and BEAUTIFUL Amira Community. The houses are amazing and well priced, the community center is built like a resort, there are several lakes and many walking paths. Go check out Amira and see Corey Grillet.... You will not be...
Read moreI was drawn to Amira due to a previous work experience on the land and, immediately, we recognized the value in this community. The layout is fantastic! I love the open spaces in the future and century old oak trees that adorn the landscape! We have been thoroughly impressed with Beazer's staff and the extra value their homes offer. This neighborhood is on the cusp of the rapidly expanding area and will prove to be a great investment and place to raise my kids. We cant wait to move in! Oh yea...the chocolate bunny was all I really needed to see!
**edited The sales staff and the mortgage process were great but the house, itself, is lacking in quality craftsmanship or craftsmanship at all. When we first moved in, we loved it, but after we got settled, the poor quality started showing. The baseboards were installed before the tile leaving large voids to fill with caulk that has now fallen through. Many of the holes cut in the sheet rock for outlets or switches were cut too large, leaving holes or cuts visible. My grout on the first floor flooring was 2 separate colors (they've stained it since and looks better now) My front door was installed completely out of square causing many things in the area to be out of whack. Floor tiles and pedestal sink installed crooked in 1/2 bath. If there was any supervision, on this build, it was lackluster, at best. Very disappointed in the construction...
