Kids Clubhouse — Local services in Cypress

I am highly appalled at what my daughter recently reported to me about this facility. They are unprofessional and deceitful. My grandson was in my care for the summer and was expected to return to the facility this month. Upon his return home, his mother contacted the facility to notify that he would return to the facility the following day. She was then informed that there was no availability for him to return. My daughter notified the person that the owner left in charge and asked if there was anything she needed to do to secure his spot upon his return. She was informed that there was nothing else she needed to do and that his date of return would be noted. My grandson’s schooling was set up around this facility as he would be provided transportation. It is now 4 days prior to the start of school and my daughter will now have to scramble to get him enrolled in another school. The owner has yet to reach out to my daughter to even offer an apology as she is utilizing other employees to communicate the information to her. She is a coward and is heartless. Wasn’t going to leave this review but I just saw a similar issue left in another review. We toured and viewed this facility in 2022 when expecting my daughter. We thought it was a great fit for our needs. I did think it was a little odd that we couldn’t tour it during normal business hours but other than that I was very impressed. We asked if we needed to put down a deposit or what we needed to do to save her spot. Note that we toured this facility when I was around 4-6 months pregnant. We were told there was no rush and they had plenty of spots. Just to maybe call when was closer to 9 months. Well at 34 weeks pregnant I called to confirm our spot and leave a deposit (I remember this specifically cause I was on bed rest) and I was told they didn’t have an openings…. Kids Clubhouse is amazing and we are sad it’s coming to an end. My son has been at this school since 8 weeks old and next week he starts Kindergarten. Mrs. Flash is an outstanding Director and displays her passion daily with the parents the students and the teachers. Ms. Debra is phenomenal and always knows what’s going on. I will miss all the wonderful Teachers he has met along the way. Ms. Ivy and Ms. Cynthia are fantastic and have so much patience with all the kids.
