Klein Memorial Park Cemetery — Local services in Cypress

I chose this place because of the location. It's clean, not too big, close to us, and has nice shade. Honestly, I am not the fondest of the service I received from them. First, it took a while to get a call back from this specific location as I was told Bill was extremely busy. Which is fine but I just needed general information. By the next day, I got tired and following up and decided to just call their Hwy 249 location for help instead which I received. They did offer better service.

My biggest complaint was the receptionistist who isn't very welcoming and was knitting when we arrived for our appointment. When I went back later the same day to pay for the plots she just yelled out "Bill your lady is here". I did express my frustration to him as she could have addressed me as customer, client, or even bothered to get my name. He apologized but they need a better person as a receptionist.

Another issue I had was the "inspection fee" for items you don't get with them. It's excessive...
