Pretty cool 18 hole disc golf course that's about 2 miles with separate hiking trails. That said, be prepared to Brown Blaze, as restrooms are not available at this park. The first 2 holes aren't marked very clearly and 3 thru 5 take a little figuring out, but after that it's one continuous trail to the next hole with a junction between 7 & 8 then again towards the end. After the first few holes you won't find any benches or trash receptacles. Be forewarned that the old creek beds are littered with broken glass and ancient oil filters and tin cans. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to bring a small bag for trash and do a little trail maintenance while you're here. I removed sticks and logs and such that were in the trail but didn't have anything to remove the broken glass. The first few holes are in the sun but after that it's nice and shady. Bring the MOSQUITO SPRAY!!! FYI...Telge park is the closest public...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really enjoy playing disc golf at this park. Lucky for me, I live in the area. Wooded trails that wind around the park and next to the creek. Itās a pretty course that is well maintained. The course is more difficult so beginners beware. Your disc can easily get thrown in the woods, or even the creek. Iām an average player and skip a couple of holes all together. (I donāt want you loose my disc š). Itās pretty busy weekend mornings and large groups of people like to play. Itās also a great place to take your dog for a hike. It is a more serious course and not necessarily little kid friendly. Thereās no playground area. If youāre just walking through,be careful not to walk through the course while someone...

This park is primarily geared towards disc golf, though there are some hiking opportunities, and a picnic table or two. Nice course; on the technical side. Dogs and bikes welcome. Fishing is allowed in the creek and wetland areas. Visitors should be aware of native venomous snakes, and the possibility of being hit by frisbees. There are currently no restrooms here. However, across the street, and creek, Telge Park has full facilities, a playground, an open field and a wooded trail along...
