Towne Lake Clubhouse — Local services in Cypress

I'm disappointed with the Towne Lake "Santa Come to Towne" Christmas Event. I was told in front of my 5 year old son that he couldn't see Santa because we weren't a part of the Towne Lake Community. I saw the event posted on Facebook. This means free to the community. If they wanted only their residents, they should not have posted it on Facebook. I was embarrassed when explaining to my 5 year old that I was excited that he could not see Santa and take pictures. I saw other families being turned away. Next time, send out emails and flyers for your residents. Please do not post it on Facebook events just to turn kids away.

Well I visited this place as my relatives stays there. I found it very nice. Good residential area with lot places around to keep kids and families entertained.
