Miramesa — Local services in Cypress

( Review from 2021) I’m having to do my baby shower at the bridgeland club house, and I live in Miramesa. What a joke. Why do we even pay HOA for? It should be prorated for residents. Everything is pretty much closed all year long. I’ve been using Bridgeland’s gym and taking my family to their pool for the past several months. I usually don’t complain but now my baby shower is right around the corner and I’m booking Bridgeland’s club house (which is way nicer) bc miramesa club house is still close. It just doesn’t make sense to me. All my friends and family are asking me why am I throwing it over there when I live in Miramesa. SMH @ the HOA here. What ashamed while Bridgeland’s HOA is $1197 with way more amenities to maintain and more security.

It’s a nice neighborhood don’t get me wrong but for how strict the HOA is, how small the lots are, and how expensive the HOA assessment is (and it’s going to keep rising)….. it’s really not worth it.
