My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted to get our HVAC unit serviced to make sure it was working properly. We set up an appointment with Dahlonega Heating and Air and before our appointment date came around, my husband noticed that the heater wasn't working. Not knowing what to do, we called them to ask about our options or if they could come out and help. Jacob answered the phone after hours on a Friday and talked us through our options. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Dahlonega Heating and Air. We had our drain pan overflow on July 4th. We came home at midnight and found water pouring from our ceiling. Yikes, what a mess. I called Dahlonega Heating and Air at 1230 AM and an actual person answered the phone. She had us scheduled for first thing in the morning.
