Absolutely one of the worst pick ups I’ve been to. They have an employee that tried to ram my truck in a car in an one way because I couldn’t back up due to the concrete slab being too narrow. Then she hopped out and beat on my truck, started just going on a tirade of cussing, and trying to provoke violence. I said I was going to reject the load, and one of the managers talked me into giving them a redemption shot. Meanwhile this is 3 hours past my appointment because it’s a one way, and they load flatbeds in the one way with no room to drive around them. Then an ice cream truck shows up, and the whole warehouse goes to an ice cream social. Finally after those 3 hours I am able to back into my dock, there’s only 2 for dry vans, they proceed to take an additional 2.5hrs to load me. The whole time the workers were constantly taking breaks like every 30mins. Completely unprofessional, and rude to OTR drivers. When the guy finally brings my paperwork he’s rude too.

So go there if you want to roll your rig and be abused I guess. They’re definitely sadists, and hope you like to be abused. I don’t, and I’ll never haul another load for them again. I’ll sit at a truck stop forever if they’re the last load in all of the US for the next 1000 years.

I called on March 30th and spoke with Gordy Hunt's assistant, to older tag-along units for the show special and to order parts needed for portable toilets. She said that she would make sure that he got the message he never returned my phone call all week I emailed him Sunday night he emailed me back Monday morning said that he would return my phone call later this morning. It is almost 4 a clock and still no phone call he has put me in a bind. This is not the first time this is happen he did this last Summer as well never call back HE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK customer service is gone since Lance left.
