WARNING ABOUT THESE GUYS!

I AM STILL WAITIING ON MY $2500 BUMPER FOR MY 2020 RAM OVER A MONTH LATER. THEY HAVE ZERO FOLLOW UP OR CARE ABOUT MY ORDER.

Story : I went in to purchase a new off road bumper for my 2020 rebel on June 4th, I was recommended to buy a $2500 bumper from addictive desert designs by the owner Dustin, so I went with the suggestion. I was told it was in stock and had a 1-2 week lead time. After 2.5 weeks of waiting and not hearing from anyone, I stopped by and asked about my order, no one could give me and answer and had to call Dustin. I waited for about 20 minutes and he came through the front door and told me he had said it would be 3-4 weeks and he had told me that. I explained to him he never told me that and I added it to my calendar after I had ordered it. I told him I would be willing to wait as long as it was 4 weeks maximum, he assured me it would be in his hands before that.

It is now July 6th, over a month later (and over 4 weeks), and I have heard nothing again about my bumper. The fact is they don't care about my small order, they would rather spend their time on full jeep builds or large spenders. All in total I was looking at 4,000 out the door with the light bar and new grill and leveling kit..

I went in today after work to get a refund and they were closed at 6:30, even though their hours posted on their door shows open till 7pm.

These people are unprofessional and do not communicate issues when they arise. I am just hoping I can get my money back and that they didn't go out of business.

There are plenty of shops that can install a bumper. Don't waste your time here.

This place is a rip-off. They are thieves. I brought my 94 jeep yj to them that i had just inherited after my husband's untimely death. I asked for it to be modernized in my late husband's honor. I did not know anything about Jeeps at the time. I told them minimal things to do but wanted to hear ideas. I stated "communication is key, call me".

They kept my jeep for 2 months and never called me. I called in to check the status after 3 weeks and they hadn't even started on my jeep. They never asked permission for anything they did and charged me $10,000 to turn my late husband's jeep into a death mobile. They put a suspension on it i never requested. They used cheap parts from Walmart. They put 35" tires on a dana 35 axle.

They do not have accounts with major manufacturers of jeep parts but buy them from another distributor. They did not put the parts on my jeep that were listed on my receipt. They stole parts off of my jeep. They have destroyed what I planned on keeping as a memorial to my late husband, he loved this jeep.

Their experience with jeeps is minimal. They took advantage of me and my situation. The only good that came from this is it forced me to learn more about Jeeps.

This owner should not be allowed to have any businesses in the country. Save yourself from being cheated by this place. They should...
