My son went in for a follow up to see how he was doing on a new medication he was prescribed. My sons skin condition had actually worsened. I went in with hopes of his doctor to provide me with answers as I had been dealing with my son who was in great pain. I couldnât change my sons clothes without him crying or even hold him in the wrong position without him screaming in pain. His doctor went in the room ready to attack me, stating that it was due to me not making the adequate changes he has suggested. Mind you at his first initial visit I had clearly stated what products I was using, he said that it was all up to me but it was just a suggestion he was making. He was also mad that he had suggested bleach baths and I told him I had stopped because his skin seemed to get more irritated. His nurse had even told me that not all patients react to bleach baths the same way. But he furiously yelled at me asking why, with the most evil look on his face. Being sarcastic. I started crying and he showed no compassion or empathy. He even threw it in my face stating that he wasnât going to âoverworkâ his nurses in trying to submit a Prior Authorization for a new medication. You come to seek doctors for help and the work that they are supposed to do gets thrown in your face- as if your insurance isnât paying them to stay afloat. The entire time this doctor was in the room he never approached my son to physically see how bad my sons skin was. The entire time he stood by the door as if being timed. I had even taken my sons clothes off so he can see how severe his skin was. That night I rushed my son to his pediatrician and he was able to Prescribe him antibiotics and steroids as my sons skin was on fire. His actual pediatrician who isnât a specialist on skin conditions was able to see for himself that my son didnât just need a stupid ointment. Or an unnecessary injection. This incompetent doctor made so much fuss about overworking his staff but still pushed an injection on my son, that these pharmaceutical companies bring by their office. So if youâre expecting a nice, compassionate doctor. I highly recommend going elsewhere. This doctor is just an overly booked, drug pusher. I will be filing a grievance with my insurance and reporting him to the board. Since my son was referred here by his pediatrician his pediatrician has mad a note to not refer any future patients...
Read moreI found this office through my insurance. Although the staff is friendly and they find the most affordable prescription/discounts for your issue, there are a few things that are very inconvenient for someone who plans ahead. I have been here twice and there is a pattern where it seems they overbook appointments . My appointment this second round was scheduled for 9:30am and I got here on time. It has now been 1 hour + and I have yet to be called. The exact thing occurred my first time and I assumed it was because I was a new patient. When I approached the front desk, they seemed to have not remembered me checking in and then stated that Iâll be next. I took out time from work to be here and planned for being there for only an hour. When they also provide a prescription, please be sure to ask as many questions as possible of the process. I didnât know that a severe breakout will occur before I start to see a difference. I had to call to get that answer which was âoh thatâs normal. Donât stop taking it.â Also, donât expect to find seating easily as the waiting room isnât large enough for the number of patients they see at a time (overbooked which is good for them but a poor...
Read moreReally long wait times. Over an hour for a check up that takes 3 minutes, and that is consistently throughout every appointment in a 6 month span. Dr. Warren does the bare minimum in terms of asking questions and giving information. If you don't ask him questions, he will give you the bare minimum info on medication. I've been given the wrong prescription TWICE. The first time, they gave me 20mg more than the maximum I should've been taking whatsoever. And this was for accutane, something really potent. The second time, they were supposed to give me a month refill on Accutane, as well as Tretinoin for when I finished that final month, and they only prescribed me the Tretinoin. Someone is incompetent here, because I can't imagine messing it up when there was a very distinct discussion on what I would be...
