This review is for the meat department and it's entire team at this location and store. This review is in reference to Mr. Larry Cloud who is a manager in this department.

My acknowledgment and observance of this manager Larry Cloud has continuously shown how much he cares about a shoppers satisfaction and shopping experience.

He has always shown his professionalism and qualifications whenever called for assistance in selecting choice affordable meats for your budget. He takes the time to intervene when called and he understands the importance of finding the best meats, whether it's in appearance or quality, he is there to assist when his expertise is needed.

Therefore, I feel that this employee who represents this store deserves acknowledgment and appreciation. This speaks volumes for this store and the entire management team who assures that our community of shoppers are receiving the very best service. As a customer and speaking for other customers/shoppers, we appreciate all you've continued to do in providing the community with the best team of employees. This long overdue recognition is for a cashier named "Xavier M."This young man is such a pleasant cashier. I've frequented this specific store many times, and without him knowing my presence, I have observed the professional and pleasant way this cashier greets customers, ending their shopping experience.

My observation of "Xavier" displaying a warm, friendly greeting to his customers was very professional, and it shows. It is crucial and beneficial for any business when your staff represents quality customer service. Shopping has always been a pleasure...., but, 4 stars.....

One item that I ALWAYS bought was cherry turnovers. I bought an item and it was bad, I threw the turnovers away, I continued to purchase the cherry turnovers.....4 different times. I threw 3 containers away. Finally, I decided to take an item back for a refund and tell them that whoever HOME DEPOT was purchasing the turnovers from the quality of the product has changed.

I was refused an a $2.79 refund, what the ---- was happening....I could have thrown the container in the employee's face. I said you keep the turnovers an eat them yourself and walked out.

I continued to shop at HOME DEPOT, but, less.....I remember what happened everytime. I don't want to blame a particular employee, they are probably down the road.....my situation is management...

This store is very convenient to my home to run in and shop if necessary for a quick thing or two. Even though the parking lot and front of the store is much to be desired. I always find what I’m looking for but the customer service is beyond unacceptable. I had the most incompetent cashier check me out. Look I realize most of these cashiers are kids. However, when someone says HELLO HOW ARE YOU? The polite thing to do would be to respond. Also, didn’t even get told my total. Just, “slide your card.” Also, no thank you or have a nice day! Literally not one word! I will go take my money elsewhere. ( this happens 8 times out of 10 when I stop in there) Looked to find his name in the receipt and it said his name...
