Prior to ordering from Quality Chef, I regularly ordered from a Chinese restaurant a little more convenient to my house. Unfortunately, the other restaurant was mediocre at best and quite overpriced for the area. I am now a regular customer of Quality Chef and I am never disappointed. They definitely offer the best tasting Chinese food in Paulding County and they are very reasonably priced.
When ordering over the phone, they are very easy to communicate with to start. I can't remember a time when an order was missing something. The food is always hot and fresh in a shorter time than most. With my previous "go-to" place, I often had to wait an unacceptable amount of time even after going in to pick up the order. This has never happened at Quality Chef. The longest I ever had to wait was for someone in front of me to pay for their food. Even then, someone asked me about my order and checked it before I was able to step up to pay. The counter service is very professional.
I regularly order sweet & sour pork, sesame chicken and shrimp rolls. They are perfect every time. On my last order, I decided to try the steamed dumplings. I normally never order something like that because they are usually bland at other restaurants. Quality Chef's are perfect! They are so flavorful that they need no sauce and they are perfectly cooked.
I can't say enough good things about Quality Chef. It is so nice to have great Chinese food in the area at a reasonable price. The icing on the cake is the speed and service. If you haven't tried them, do yourself a favor and...
Read more————————— Update: I left the below comment 6 months ago. Their customer service has gotten a lot better. I can sometimes be picky about my food, and thankfully they have been very patient with me and have even given me a replacement meal, free of charge, after I didn’t like a particular dish.
Compared to the other local Chinese restaurants in Dallas and Hiram, they’d probably rank the highest in food and service.

Hit and miss
The customer service is great if you get your food and they’re busy and be happy with what you get but if you ever have an issue it’s like they don’t care
It’s happened twice with me
The last time I called in an order so I didn’t have to wait
They said 15 minutes but it ended up being 32, so I had to stand there for 17 minutes, and they weren’t even busy
Right before I got my food I asked how long it would be, and their response was they were cooking the low mein, which meant all my fried food was done and sitting in bags, sweating. 8 minutes later I finally got my food.
Went home, all my fried food was at room temperature, steamed dumplings were as well, and before I left I was assured that my food would be piping hot. The only thing hot was the low mein.
Like I said, good food if you’re happy with whatever you roll, but their customer service has left an awful taste...
Read moreThis place is a definite place to go for a decent dinner at a great price. When I went I got a bunch of different dinner combination dinner plates and I was surprised with the quilty of food, they run about 7.99 to 825 for a meat and side of rice with a egg roll which to me is a good price for that meal. But this place actually has a flavorful serving of food, most fast food Chinese places are lacking in taste in their dishes for such a low price but this place is worth it. I got images from the visit but once I get home the family grabs their and runs before I can get a image of the item.
The most liked is the General Chicken, House Lo Mein, and the Kung Pow Chicken. We did try the Pepper Steak, Mongolian Beef Sesame Chicken, and the beer or chicken with broccoli. All were very good and worth the trip to get a good done for your family for a decent price.
While there people did order their wings with the flavor sauces, I wish they didn't sizzling rice soup or a curry but they do have a good selection to choose from.
All in all a worth...
