If I could give 1 star I would, will be kicking myself for days for this one because I should have known better. Without writing a book here, let me just say don’t expect to be treated fairly unless you are of Spanish decent or at least have dark skin. All the other reviewers are true when they say the same thing. You will be skipped All day long while they cater to their own race. Funny how their web site boasts of the being a diverse company fair to all races, what a crock!! Every single person I saw today was Mexican. Spent 8hours here today waiting to get half a trailer unloaded, me being the only plainly WHITE driver within miles all day long at this place I was totally given the shaft by these people, oh and the more you complain, the more bad things they will make happen to your load. All was going well, after 6 hours I complained a little being the extra nice guy that I am, I try to just take everything in stride, I am also not a complainer but this one really got to me. Anyway after I complained after waiting forever they said I was almost done and it would only be a few min more while waiting on my paperwork, another hour later I went back in looking for someone to get any info from and they totally ignore you. Finally someone came to my truck and told me most of my load was being refused because of lack of sugar content?? The first part of this same load went to SPROUTS who happily and quickly accepted their portion? Go figure. So if the melons were acceptable for a sprouts why would Hardies have such an issue? To refuse almost all of the load. Well, I can only begin to imagine the amount of shady and underhanded things that may have happened in that warehouse to my perfectly good load today, drivers surely aren’t allowed in to watch so how would we ever know, yet no one ever seems to hold these shippers and receivers responsible. More messed up then I can say this Trucking world is today And I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Also just so you know that I am in no way As prejudice as the employees Are Hardies, I look like a white guy but I have Spanish blood (the good kind) running through my veins, also I am married to a Spanish/Italian. I don’t think I have ever been as disappointed in the Mexican race as I was today. One of the worst places I have ever delivered to in my life. Few more things you should know. They are unorganized, unfriendly, they completely ignore you and give you no direction when you get there as to their routine, if you buzz at the door to go inside, they just ignore you, when inside standing at the window, they still ignore you. Trust me when I tell you I was nice to these people all day long, I did not provoke them and I did not get angry until after I left with all product put back on my trailer after yet another 40 min of waiting for them to put it all back on. I will never and I mean NEVER DELIVER HERE AGAIN, I WOULD REFUSE THE LOAD NO MATTER HOW...

If I could give them negative stars it would be too many. Was made 20 minutes late because shipper had to complete the add on to the original order but these people Changed that morning. After being told to get lost and come back in the morning at 6 AM on a Saturday I did only to be offloaded after about an hour and a half by a receiver who couldn’t care less my need for a sense of urgency. After constantly asking what was going on was brushed off by the teenager in charge. Pleading to be let go they refused. After showing up on time I was finally done 4 hours later And having lost my original load on the original day and then additional load on the following day was not a care in the world from this place. I found Hardie's Fresh Foods (aka Hardie's Direct) while searching for a place in the DFW area that sells Chicago Style Hot Dog ingredients. Hardie's is an established provider of grocery ingredients to professional chefs that also offers grocery delivery and pickup services to the general public. They had all of the Chicago Dog ingredients I was looking for at reasonable prices. They deliver for free to some zip codes.
