I had my eye on a particular armoire for months that was out of stock. Once I saw it was back in stock I immediate ordered it. The shipping was super fast but after receiving mu item I notice a small part of the body of the airport was damaged during the transport obviously. I contacted their support by email and very next morning a gentleman responded and i sent him pictures and within 24 hours he sent me a replacement. I was overjoyed this was not a long drawn out process. Thank you Elliott and Hives and Honey. He turned this bad experience into such a positive I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Awesome...

Do not order from this vendor. Item was purchased through Home Depot. Shipping label was created by Home Depot but product was never delivered by the vendor to ship out. Order was made over 2 weeks ago to have time to arrive by Christmas for my mother. My mother will not be receiving this due to poor customer service from this vendor. Expected delivery date was 12/18/2020 and now nobody knows where my $250 product is at. Red flag also that they dont have a phone number where you can actually speak...

I agree that you can’t get ahold of anyone! Did what they tell you to which was to go online & “ open a new ticket “ to which they never replied.Actually they replied but only to say we will reply soon but they have not .
