This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Customer service is rude all the way to the manager (Regina) or which ever manager there name starts wit a R(black lady). I did a order over the app and when I pulled in and checked into the stall I didn't see my order on display. So I hit the red button and explained that I was making sure they had my order because I didn't see it. A young lady walked out and attempted to pass me a drink that was leaking because it had a hole on the side of the cup but luckily it wasn't even my order. When she came back out to pass someone else their order I simple asked her if they had my order inside. She told me "I don't know I just work here they're in there making it"... Like are u serious????? Not even 30sec later the same young lady comes out and passes me a drink so I ask her wat it is (to make sure they have my order right) this girl said "it's wat u ordered" so im like "which is" then she tells me wat my order is exactly. Then as she walks away she calls me a B!+**.. so I call the store and get one lady (black) telling me she's the manager til I asked her wat her name is then she passes the phone and I get (Regina) on the phone who has no compassion for wat I'm telling her. As soon as I tell her wat happens and how the girl called me out my name she quickly says something and hangs up in my face. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning because this is unacceptable! If the manager would have been more caring of the matter at hand I would have left it at the call to the store but nooooo. I'm sure they get the being rude from management because why else would they feel so free to be this way and calling customers out of their name! Read moreI will say that usually, I have zero problems with this sonic and I hope that this is just a one-time deal, but today was chaotic. Training or not, people were not being attentive to what they were doing. I was the third car in line. My order was taken correctly, I know this, because my receipt is correct and I eventually got the correct food. However, the first car in line attempted to leave and backed back up (please don't do this people) to exchange their order. The second car pulled out of line due to a little bit of impatience, but also frustration. I pulled up to the window and confirmed my order with the gentleman at the window and still got my incorrect order.
I leave this for several reasons, people make mistakes and some people need to be more patient (I understand that we are all in a hurry, but still). My food was still good, I received my correct order, etc. Second, this hopefully will lead to the situation being resolved and/or...
Read moreI ordered food for my family and they forgot the popcorn chicken from my order. I pressed the red button and notified the person on the other end and the manager came out. She told me that they for sure gave it to me and I was lying. I then asked for a refund for the missing item and she instructed me that I would have to give the entire order back to receive a full refund. She told me that there were only 2 orders for the chicken and one was mine so there wasn't any way that they could have missed it. I told her she could search the bag or my vehicle if she didnt believe me. She said she didnt need to search the bag because it should be in a separate bag, which I did not have.
