Big Sky Bunks — Local services in Dalton Gardens

Let me start by saying that working with Jake and Noelle has been so easy and such a pleasure!  When I started my search for 2 sets of bunk beds for my teen boys, I already had a vision in mind of what I needed and wanted.  In my search for an option, I just happened upon Big Sky Bunks on Etsy and reached out to Jake and Noelle with all of my thoughts and what I had in mind.  From day one, not once did I hear, "no" or "we can't do that"! They were open to any suggestions and because of that, I must say, without bias, and hopefully without making anyone jealous, that my beds turned out THE BEST of any of the beds built thus far!!!  I was the first to use the suggested Briarsmoke (grey) and they turned out beautifully!  I also requested cubby stairs (instead of ladders) and shelves to go over the headboards. They were able to come up with plans that went above and beyond my expectations and both the stairs and shelves turned out so awesome! My beds were also the first to have the new underbed storage drawers.  They are HUGE and work flawlessly with the Blumotion soft close hardware.  I will admit that it was a little scary ordering and making such a large purchase from complete strangers and knowing that they would be sight unseen prior to arrival from 1200 miles away. With all that said,  I can honestly say that I would do it all again, in a heartbeat.  Jake and Noelle made me feel so comfortable, with their quick responses to any questions, and I am beyond happy with how these beds turned out.  These beds are so heavy duty, so well built and are pieces that can be passed down from generation to generation!!  Thank you, Jake and Noelle for making this such an awesome experience and for all of your over the top customer service!  SK family,...

We had the team at Big Sky Bunks custom build 5 bunk beds for our new mountain pass home in Snoqualmie Pass Washington. All beds were different, based on room size and desires. The team spent a lot of time on the front end helping us design what would be best for our layout, given all of the specs of each room (phone conversations and zoom calls sharing screens). They walked through all of the different options for each bed, including various accessory options, colors, ladder locations, safety rail locations, etc. Given the size of the order, we had the team personally deliver and build the beds in our mountain pass home. All beds were built in each room exactly as we expected. The team was always very courteous, responsive and helpful. The beds are absolutely gorgeous, and look and fit better than we expected. Each bed is made of high quality material, including the beds and rails. All beds are mounted and secured to studs in the walls enhancing safety. We also ordered mattress's and other bedding accessories from Big Sky Bunks. We definitely recommend Big Sky Bunks. ...

We ordered both a twin-over-twin and a queen-over-queen bunk bed from Big Sky Bunks, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The beds are beautifully constructed, incredibly sturdy, and clearly made with high-quality materials. The entire process was seamless, even while coordinating from another state—communication was excellent and every detail was handled with care.

Their attention to detail really stands out. We were even able to add a few custom pieces after the installation, which made the final result perfectly suited to our space. Both kids and adults have slept on the bunks, and everyone comments on how solid they feel—no squeaking, no shaking, just comfort and stability.

The thoughtful design features, like extra storage underneath and the built-in privacy dividers, make a huge difference. The dividers help the kids settle down and fall asleep without distractions, and the storage keeps everything organized.
