It’s the only place to go for any decent Furniture, Flooring, Rugs, and quality kitchen cabinets or appliances. Every room in my home is a great testament to the time and effort of the staff at Carpets of Dalton. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Attention to detail is never overlooked and the designers will take the time that you need to know that much care has gone into the process. And everything I have ordered is top, top quality and is lasting through normal wear even better than I expected. They also have such a wide selection of special vendors that you can always find the right piece for the right place. And despite the price tags, which I have seen others reference, make sure to talk to a sales person. It’s much more affordable than you may think, and I have found that the VALUE is spot on for what I have paid. As long as I’ve been buying furniture or flooring or anything else, including accessories, paintings, mattresses, and even bed linens, Carpets of Dalton has remained CONSISTENT and I will never go anywhere else. Remember, you really get what you pay for. And this place is the only place that sells quality that is time tested to last. Also, don’t forget to visit the “Dream Home,” a Southern Living FULL SIZE (Real) house built inside their facility. It’s really a sight to see! Very inspiring and is redesigned periodically.

Carpets of Dalton gets my A+++...

Due to water damage in our basement home, we spoke with Chris before driving out to Carpets of Dalton. He was helpful, funny, and it “seemed” we’d be in good hands for carpeting. We chose a few samples and he was ordering them to be mailed to us. It took awhile, and we got ONE of the samples. When I called him he actually yawned, knowing it was me because he’d already told me he has caller ID, as he answered his phone. We think his tune changed when he saw the size of the amount he THOUGHT we’d be ordering. What we never got the chance to tell him was that we’d decided to buy carpet for all 2,000 sq ft. He never knew because we never got our other samples and calls weren’t being returned. His installer that he recommended, Jason in Atlanta, answered my call right away, said there was a crew right by us and they’d come measure in the next day or two. Never heard from him again. I called and texted and he said, oh yeah, lemme check with the guys now, and they can get there today. Never a word back. So two flakes obviously working (not working) together on being flakes, I texted them both to just forget it, we’re going with Flack’s Flooring, who had our carpet installed within...

We purchased the 12 mil flooring boards, and these are cheap pieces of junk not worth any price. First, about 15-20% of the boards have something wrong with them, with the predominant theme that one or more of the lips that connect to the next board, either did not exist or was too short. When locking the boards together, they pull up a little bit, which is fine, but in working down the room, after about 4 rows, they buckle or break, meaning they no longer connect to the preceding row. You then need to pull up the four rows laid to start over, and this happens repeatedly, until the lips break, then you just need to throw them on the flooring without linking, but then they crackle and move as someone steps on them. We have used other flooring several times before and never seen such junk. DO NOT BUY at any price... just a waste of time and money, as you will need to replace...
