I have been going to see Holly for close to ten years, so I think it’s safe to say this is a long-term relationship that is very dear to me! Holly is great at her craft - I have always left completely satisfied and feeling confident in my new style. But beyond that, I always leave happier and more at peace than when I arrived. A warm greeting from Lauren brings joy as soon as you enter, and even when I have seen Rachel out in the community, she greets me by name and with a kind smile. Then it’s all the little details that make for a relaxing, welcoming experience, such as drinks and light snacks (which have saved me on some of those crazy busy days!) and the warm gel pack under my neck during my shampoo. 4 months ago I had a Cezanne hair treatment with Katie which has left my normally frizzy hair smooth and manageable. Oh, and my husband said “shiny!” My super thick hair has been much easier to deal with, without a loss of volume, and curls have replaced the frizz. I’ve used Cezanne shampoo and conditioner (and on occasion Moisturizing Oil), and only shampoo once a week. I’m confident I’ll get a good 6 months value from the treatment if not more, and plan to go back for another when the time comes. After struggling with difficult hair for years, this product has been a great solution! Today I enjoyed a fabulous cut and thinning with Katie who was able to duplicate a past cut perfectly – all from a photo I shared. Morgan is my hair stylist, and she is absolutely amazing!! I started going to her almost two years ago. When I first met her I had really damaged/ broken hair and had no confidence whatsoever. She worked miracles, and now my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been, it’s strong, has grown a lot in length and become more thick and shiny!
