Blow Hill Maple — Local services in Danby

What a great experience here. Came up from New Jersey for a weekend of skiing and stopped by not knowing the shop was closed. Thankfully, the owner was next door and came right over to open up. We got two medium jugs of dark and medium color maple syrup along with some maple cream. The syrup is amazing, but the star for me is the maple cream. After we got back home we immediately gave everything a taste test and knew that we’d be needing more maple cream soon. I’ve been putting it on my toast every morning with peanut butter, and I don’t intend to stop anytime soon. If you intend to use a product ion pancakes, I suggest the maple syrup as the cream is a little tough to spread if you don’t give it a chance to warm up.

Aimlessly driving through New England we saw a small handmade sign for maple syrup that we followed through a couple turns to Blow Hill. They have unique grades of maple syrup you can't get elsewhere. 5 years later and I'm still ordering from them....
