My infant son has had to switch formula a few times due to acid reflux- Iâve never had a issue exchanging the unused, still in date formula until I had an interaction with Kim(management). She stated that she was not allowed to exchange this particular formula bc I could have âpotentiallyâ bought it with WIC. After I explained to her that I didnât receive those benefits and if I did , I wouldnât be trying to exchange for what I needed because WIC would have put that new formula for me to get to begin with. I had other formula that was a similac 360 brand and was able to RETURN those because WIC doesnât cover that brand and she gave me cash back for those, in which I purchased what I needed. Once I left, I looked up the policy for formula and it clearly stated, any formula can only be exchanged without a receipt for the same brand- which I was trying to do. She also didnât follow this policy that she was trying to present to me because she gave cash back for the 360 brands. She needs to learn a lesson or two on how to one- know her policy and two customer service. She was unpleasant and she made it seem like her customers are a bother to her because she had to end her call that she was having in the office . I'VE never been harassed,mistreated or had any problems with any food lion in my city ever!!! FACTS!! So it's 8: 41 can't find the deli person. i get attitude from the deli person when they finally arrived. Tells me they're not open for slicing meat.
Had the benefit of waiting in line while employee explained entire MVP website to customer.
