Delite Donuts — Restaurant in Virginia

My very first time in this establishment and honestly, I will probably never go back. I’m big on customer service. Upon entering I was not greeted. I was trying to inquire about what type of donuts were in the display case, and the lady that was running the counter was rude and dismissive. She took my order across the room and when I inquired about the “bear claw” and she kept telling me with much attitude that was an apple fitter. When the she returned to the display case she said “that’s a bear claw” in an irritated tone. She proceeded to just toss the donuts I picked out in the box with no care or organization and processed my order. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. The donuts were good but...

I called in an order on Friday to be picked up Saturday morning. I was ill , so I told the clerk I would pay and I would NOT be the one picking up the order. I let her know what name to put the order under and she advise me she would mark paid. When the person arrived today she told them that the donut order had not been paid for and they had to go back-and-forth until the person told her I was ill then she stated “ she remembered taking the payment over the phone”very...

Very nice husband and wife team. The donuts are very soft, delicious and worth the stop in. I love the variety! It was our first time there, we got 2 dozen and 4 twists. The prices are very good, reasonable. They have coffee's to choose from, juices, and smoothies.
