Very poor communication skills. I met with both the owner and the technician installing wiring for an AC unit. I showed a pre-drilled hole to use for conduit and how I'd like the conduit ran. They needed to rearrange some circuits in the breaker box so I showed them exactly which ones I did not need and could be replaced. I later came back to check on everything, and they had drilled a hole and ran conduit through a door instead of the hole made in the wall. They also ran their new wiring through a wet gutter?! They moved the wrong breakers and disconnected power to my water heater. Then, the owner blamed me for his errors and said he should really charge me more for the job because he misquoted me. They did not fix anything they ruined and were very unprofessional after I raised my concerns. I will never use the company again and advise everyone else to go with a business that has the ability to listen to the customer's needs. They were supposed to be at our home today at 7:30am on Friday Sept. 25. Before my husband left for work this morning, he told me that Jorgensons got ahold of him to let us know that they were “running a little behind.” Yet, it is 6 hours later and I have tried to call their provided business phone number twice to tell them not to worry about it since they are obviously flaking on us — which no one answered but their voicemail greeting says they are in operation until 3:30pm today.
