I literally just spent 19minutes of my life I'll never get back, on hold. Still never spoke to an actual human being. Any time I've ever been in store they've all been helpful and nice. But this is unacceptable. I'll be transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else. Update; I have had my prescriptions transferred somewhere else where I can reach a human every time I call.
