We booked the corporate smash package this weekend for my sons birthday. My Kids LOVED it. The staff was friendly, the place was really cool, you can play your own music, they had fun games while you wait & you are provided with safety gear. Make sure to wear heavier shoes, there is glass flying in the room and outside of the room through the crack of the door. My sons friend wore converse and a piece of glass was able to still get in the sneaker. I will say I was expecting a real office set up when I read the description online. The items were there they were just like scattered throughout the room with like plywood walls and the office window is like a window that was sitting against the wall, it wasn't like an actual office set up which was a little disappointing. I tried to expectation set before I booked about it being an actual office set up/simulation, but the person I talked to might not have understood what I was looking for. There was a window in the door so I could watch & make sure everyone was being safe. I have been to a different smash room that had a line on the floor and you had to hit items in a certain direction and everyone else had to stand behind the line, but this location didn't have that so I had to really watch the kids and instruct them to take turns, stay in their own corners ect. Towards the end the staff closed the window "for privacy" and I didn't love that because the kids are 14/15 and I was nervous with no direction protocols that someone was going to get hurt so I def still kept an eye on them. All that being said, My son and his friends had an absolute blast & I'm glad we went. It was a fun and unique experience. I would highly recommended...

The breathwork followed by smashing stuff was the best way to release residual built up tension, as well as filling myself with joy and laughter! If you are someone who wants to work through their emotional baggage with talk therapy, or someone who enjoys trying various modalities of "alternative medicine" I would highly recommend this to add to your repertoire....I'm very glad to hear that they are considering offering this on a monthly basis! I walked in completely unsure of what to expect and left feeling lighter and joyful! I did the Breakthrough Session with Nicole yesterday and it was phenomenal! She guided us through a breath work meditation, supplying us with headphones and eye masks so we could immerse ourselves into the mediation without distractions or concern of how we may look. It took me by surprise that all of the body sensations that she said might come up, I experienced! (I'm very emotional so a lot of Crying, tingling all over, a few long lost memories came to...

This place is great! I get to escape to the town my mother attended school at before she got knocked up…So yeah, here I am telling you right now that this place is worth it whenever you’re at the end of your rope. When you first walk in you get a taste of nostalgia with an available Nintendo game to play while you wait for the room to get all set up. After my very first session, I bought a piece of merchandise and got my first loyalty card stamped. They give you lots of fun things to break and are really cool with newcomers. They give you the safety spiel, which is very important, and after that, All you gotta do is connect that phone of yours to their Bluetooth Speaker, and smash At your leisure. Next time I come, I intend to sign both myself and Wife up for the drip service which will be paint. i’m gonna paint...
