These guys are the best. I drove 6 hours from Ohio to buy a bike because it was the nicest one I could find for the best price I could find! And there trade number on my bike was real reasonable. In other words they did not try to steal my trade. All was exactly as Ricky had described, down to some pretty minute details. After a 6 mile test drive loaded up the bike and off I went. Down the road 5 miles me and my new bike on my trailer where rear ended by another car! No one was hurt but trailer was pretty much wiped out and immobile. Someone called the authorities but I really didn't know who to call as I was way out of town, so I called Ricky and Joe at Lake Norman Cycle Works. In about 10 minutes Joe was there with tools and trailer parts to help me get it off the road!! He then left and brought back some other parts I needed so I could limp the smashed trailer with the bike on it 6 hours back home. (Note: the bike is unscathed as far as I can tell...I am a OCD strapper and it payed off in this instance) Way, way beyond the call of duty on this situation. These guys are straight up when dealing with a bike sale or purchase and just real good guys all the way around!! Highly recommended...I will be watching there website for more bikes I just have...

I can’t speak highly enough to the professionalism and courtesy of this dealership. Ricky was the easiest salesman we have ever dealt with, full transparency, honesty and communication where second to none. Many dealerships and sales people could take some lessons from these guys and be far more successful. They have earned a lifelong customer in my dad and myself. I will go out of my way and across the US to make a purchase from them if need be. We have owned over 30 motorcycles so I feel I have decent knowledge on quality and working orders. The speed triple we picked up from Ricky was absolutely everything he described and advertised. He even took the time to call a few days later to make sure we were still pleased with the purchase and if there was anything else we needed. Lake Norman Cycle Works has figured out how to be good people, treat customers well, price their inventory good, and deliver the product to the customer as they advertise. I had an amazing experience at Lake Norman Cycle Works. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by three friendly little dogs—such a great first impression! Ricky and Joe are awesome; they’re knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel right at home.

I originally came by to check out a 2000 Kawasaki W650, but Ricky suggested I also try the Triumph Bonneville T120. I’m so glad he did because the Bonneville was incredible! Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, they recommended I give the Speed Twin a try too, and it was another fantastic ride.
