I bought 3 bundles yesterday (8/1/24) as a first time customer, I let the young lady know I was. I’ve been buying hair and getting sew ins for years and the hair I paid for is absolutely terrible. I’m upset because it’s in my head now but the hair is thin and frizzy, shedding a crazy amount, and the ends are very thin. I bought 20,22 24 and it looks like it might be 18,20. It’s even more upsetting I tried calling and never got an answer so I’ll have to go back up and complain to the owner. I came here because I heard great things years ago when this first opened but obviously quality isn’t something they promise or provide. I purchased hair from the company website due to my stylist recommending the hair. I made my purchase and scheduled for a store pickup. I called the store to ask when I can pick up my hair. The associate stated that they were out fo the hair. She said I could make another purchase at the store of a different texture.I asked why I wasn’t informed and the associate stated she didn’t know. She said the owner declined my purchase and that I’ll receive a refund. I sent an email in asking why the product wasn’t remove or listed as out of stock & I never received a response.
