Natural Foods Plus and Juice Caboose — Local services in Dayton

OH MY GOOOOOOOOSH!!! My first time here!!! Came here because my husband changed his diet so much. He usual sends a coworker but this time him and I both go. I was hesitant to try anything but I asked questions was offered taste trys.

I got a smoothie that have bananas, nuts, peanut butter, and some green stuff in it. The name of the drink starts with the letter E. They said it's one of their popular drinks .IT TASTE AMAZING DO YOU HEAR ME!!! I also purchased two cookies. Now this I was scared! It was slightly heavey and rather large in size. That taste great too!!! One cookie have nuts, cranberry, and oranges in it .The other cookie was a peanut butter one .

I started smashing one of the cookies before I thought to upload a picture but I stopped to take one. Lol.... My husband tricked me with a shot of lemon grass or grass something .Nah.... Now that was most def not for me!

The store was clean. Very friendly staff as well as VERY knowledgeable about the products .The prices within the store vary. However, for what I purchased I consider the price to be fair .Trust and believe when I say I WILL BE BACK and I will be back...

Very toxic environment it seems, I went up to the counter to get my items rang out and the lady who name is Terry seemed to be hyper focused on her phone. When she finally noticed me she didn’t bother to get up from her sit but instead told me to wait in a manner that seems like I am bothering her. A young lady came and attempted to assist me but Terry said to her that she has me while continuing to be looking at her phone sitting down. The young lady said that it was okay and she got it but terry highly insisted on helping me. She then said it a final time that she got me and the young lady just said okay and walk back to the juice bar area. Then terry proceeds to sit in her phone for a good 10 minutes while I have my stuff ready in the counter and finally she checked me out. Her attitude didn’t feel welcoming at all and she seemed to have an attitude against the young lady that attempted to help her! The young lady did everything right but terry did not….Please...

Went to get a Smoothie, paid for it in the back, then as I was walking out WITH MY RECEIPT in hand a lady fast walked from one of the aisle just to abruptly stop me and asking me if I paid for my smoothie in a very very confronting tone, no please, nothing. This was my second time being in the store and I never felt so criminalized! And she had a attitude it seemed when I was simply asking for help or bothered when I was asking about the store giving my first impression, she was her on phone and didn’t seem to care or at most acknowledge that I entered the store. My first impression I didn’t mind but this time I do, I feel very bothered by that interaction and would hesitate going here.
