Chachere Feed Store Inc — Local services in Dayton

I know this will probably make others mad, but this is just my experience. I have been here probably 10 or so times over the past 4 years. Every time I've gone there it has not been a very welcoming experience. I get the feeling outsiders are not welcome in this store. I drove over an hour to get a round bale of hay. Thinking I was getting the quality of hay I normally got there. What I got was overpriced stalky dry dusted hay. That didn't even appear to be coastal. I could have gotten that for $45-50 around the corner. Very disappointed. I’ve been going to them for over a year and was screwed over on a round bale of cow hay when I paid for coastal and his reply was I should of picked up a 900 pound round bale and bring it back so instead of making it right they just acted like it wasn’t their problem so they rather loose 400 plus a month profit and not give me my 75$ back or discount the alfalfa I bought that day.. so no I will never go back to...
